Well thanks for asking. We're halfway through our latest project working with 1SW to promote hub centres for off-road cycling. This isn't just cycling for adventurous bike enthusiasts who want to plummet down mountainous, technical trails (although we do encourage that as much as possible!!). 1SW want to get families, friends and groups out using the amazing and diverse range of bike trails that we have down here in the South West. You don't have to be an expert to ride many of the trails on offer (as John & I proved with our dodgy cycling styles!!) there's a range of trails for all abilities out there, so what are you waiting for? Get out on your bike and appreciate the weather, views and nature and stay healthy at the same time. We filmed at Moors Valley Country Park in Dorset and Haldon Forest Park last week and were really impressed by the facilities, selection of trails and most of all the really friendly guys from the Forestry Commission and the other peeps at each site. I hope the summer stays relatively nice cos I've definitely caught the cycling bug (as well as a tickly cough but thats completely unrelated!!)

What a weekend, mid April and warm enough to just wear a tshirt, well if you were out of the wind that is. I was up near Bude on Saturday afternoon visiting a friend on his land, when he acquired the land it was 50% woodland 50% agricultural. After planting around 7,000, yes 7,000! trees Will's land is well on it's way to becoming entirely woodland. Very inspiring stuff, it's a beautiful place. Surf's up too...
